Material:
Our main material for making premium hats is vegan suede textile fabric (nubuck leather), which is not animal skin but textile. Therefore, our hats are better for our customers to wear because it is a material that you can use all year round.
Pefect Fit:
These hats have on the inside a material called Celtex, which makes the hat stiff and stable. On the inside of the hat shell is an elastic band (also called a spring) that fits the head perfectly and is super comfortable to wear.
Unique Touch:
All of our custom Tulum Hats are engraved using the Pyrograph. At this way our artisans refine and embellish the hats final. On the upper part of the hat crown we can see some crosses / "X's" which are the "worn out from the countless adventures lived" simulate. On the lower back part of the brim there is the logo of "Tulum Hats", to give them the the last exclusive touch.
Weatherproof through Burning:
The burning of the hat brings the incredible stability of the Tulum Hats, makes it resistant and weatherproof. The special quality and high craftsmanship from 3rd generation makes these hats the companion on all journeys, events and occasions.

Since our hats are handmade and handcrafted, the colors and details can sometimes slightly deviate.
The main material is made of high quality and sustainable textile suede. The material is characterized by durability and lasting color fastness. Due to the high quality stitching, the seams keep their shape even when the hat is subjected to greater stress. The shape of the hat is made in traditional handcraftet branding. Due to the reamed flex band the hat always stays in the right postiton and does not slip.
